AAAI Fellow / Student Lunches 
Thursday – Sunday, February 9 – 12
12:30 – 2:00 PM
First held in 2006, the AAAI Fellow / Student Lunches program provides an opportunity for a small number of students to chat with a AAAI Fellow over an informal lunch during the conference. Sign-up sheets will be available AFTER 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 8 at the onsite registration desk on the 1st Floor of the Convention Center. Students should meet their designated Fellow in onsite registration on their assigned day.

AIHub Presents: Science Communication Tutorial

Would you like to learn how to communicate your AI research to a general audience? In this hands-on tutorial you will learn how to turn your research articles into blog posts, how to use social media to promote your work, and how to avoid hype when writing about your research.

Marriott Marquis Convention Center Connector

If you are staying at the host hotel, follow these directions to access the convention center indoors via the connector

  • Take the lobby escalator down to level M1
  • Take the next escalator down to level M2
  • Follow the hotel signs for the Convention Center Connector
  • Take the escalator up to enter the convention center to arrive on the Lower-Level, Concourse A
  • Follow to the right to take escalators up to Level 1, Grand Lobby
  • Registration & Badge Pickup are located in the East Salon across the Grand Lobby

WEWCC Business Center offers convenient poster printing services for a fee. You can take a look here.

Other local printing options include FedEx Office and UPS Store locations.

Recommended sizes for portrait or landscape:

  • Nightly poster receptions in Exhibit Hall D: no larger than 40” x 40”
  • All others: no larger than 30” x 40”
