To safeguard the wellbeing of the AI community, AAAI has implemented a Health and Safety Program for our annual conference. As part of the entry requirements for AAAI-23, all attendees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination* and proof of negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of arriving at the conference to pick up your badge.

AAAI-22 has partnered with CLEAR to utilize the Health Pass feature, to provide easy proof of COVID-related health insights for faster entry. To get started, download the CLEAR app and enroll for free: https://clear.app.link/AAAI23

*You are considered fully vaccinated:

• 2 weeks (14 days) after your dose of an accepted single-dose vaccine
• 2 weeks (14 days) after your second dose of an accepted 2-dose series
• 2 weeks (14 days) after you received the full series of an accepted COVID-19 vaccine (not placebo) in a clinical trial
• 2 weeks (14 days) after you received 2 doses of any “mix-and-match” combination of accepted COVID-19 vaccines administered at least 17 days apart

For the most efficient entry possible, all attendees should create a free CLEAR account and complete the checklist for entry requirements.

Full instructions on how to complete your Health Pass see below:

1. Download the CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile
2. Tap ‘Events’ and select the AAAI-23 tile under ‘Conferences’
3. Easily enroll with your government issued ID or if you are already a CLEAR member, verify your identity with a quick selfie
4. Follow the prompts to verify your proof of vaccination and negative COVID-19 test results
5. Accept the Know Before You Go
6. Before you arrive, reopen the Health Pass tile and produce your pass. Green is good to go!

If you are unable to use the CLEAR app, please be prepared to show any combination of the following proof of vaccination and negative test at the AAAI-23 Health and Safety Checkpoint:

• Proof of vaccination from your state/country of origin health app
• Government issued vaccination card
• Photo of your government issued vaccination card, front and back
• Photo of your negative COVID-19 antigen or PCR test results from within 48 hours of arrival at the convention center to pick up your badge**

**If you arrive in Washington DC prior to 48 hours before you pick up your badge, you may obtain an over-the-counter COVID-19 self-test at the CVS Drugstore (or other retailers) located at 1117 10 th St SW, Washington, DC 20001. This location is within a 10-minute walk of the convention center.
